I have the unique perspective of viewing my physical therapy experience, as this is my 2nd time around with rotator cuff surgery and physical therapy. Also, as an RN with OR experience and a labor delivery RN for the past 15 years, I have high standards. I have received an individualized rehabilitation protocol supervised by Brian, a very skilled knowledgeable therapist as well as his assistant Adrienne. Kiani is very nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling. My experience with this office and staff is stellar. I’m very pleased with my progress and highly recommend this office.

"I switched my physical therapy session over to Nexus and I couldn't be happier! I love the energy and how personable the staff if. Both Aaron and Nicole do a fantastic job at getting the clients to interact and feel comfortable. I feel like I'm coming to a gym to workout rather than mundane therapy.
All the equipment is state of the art and clean! That's a big plus for me. They also offer personal training and group classes. This place has everything you need to get you back to 100%."

"I was never a fan of Physical Therapy until I came to Nexus. This place is the preeminent physical therapy organization in San Diego. If you are willing to put in the work, I guarantee your will recover from your injury. The staff is professional, very knowledgeable, and their one-on-one approach makes recovery so much easier. You feel like the staff understands every aspect of your pain and they take on a personal commitment to treat your pain. Nichole, Aaron, and Chad were my therapist and they are the best of the best. They should be working in sport injury with million dollar athletes, but I am so glad they treated me. I am truly lucky I found this place because I am 100% recovered from an Achilles Tendon injury that required surgery. 5 STAR staff and treatment!!!

"I was referred to therapy by my doctor and selected the Physical Therapy office located at 1310 3rd Ave. in Chula Vista, CA. 91911. The main reason for my selection was due to the location. I am extremely happy I did select this office. From the beginning, the staff at this office made me feel comfortable and confident that they were interested in helping me. I met with one of the main therapist which analyzed my condition and immediately knew what treatment/exercises I needed to address my diagnosis and towards getting healthier. She and the entire staff were very professional and helpful every time I came in for a session. I highly recommend this office to anyone that needs physical therapy help.
